A blend of Grenache blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu bearing the Padié imprimatur. Jean-Philippe’s signature cuvée dazzles with minerality and notes of lemon blossoms. You can’t squeeze blood from a stone, but you can squeeze flowers — if you have the magic powers of Padié, that is.
Direct-pressed and aged in a stainless steel tank. unfined and unfiltered. Sulfur added minimal at bottling.
