This is a stellar example of an aged Somlói Hárslevelű, with its honeyed aromatics and long finish. Peach, quince and dried apricot on the nose, with honey, salt and Szechuan peppercorn on the palate.

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and aging in stainless steel. The wine was on the skins overnight, and remained on the lees for 6 months.
