2020 - Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, and Petit Manseng
Pale gold in colour, the wine has a decadent fresh, steely nose with vibrant lemon, gooseberry and lychee fruits to the fore. The palate is refreshing and concentrated displaying a great combination of honeyed richness and striking minerality.
Grown on slopes composed of sandstone soils, it is hand harvested and kept in stainless steel on lees for approximately 9 months.
