A skin contact Sauvignon Blanc (14 days light macerations on the skin) from South Australia that displays bright notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit, and has uplifting freshness and minerality that is easy going as a sunny day!
The wine is made using a combination of destemmed fruit, with half of it left on skins for a week. It's then fermented in both tank and neutral barrels
