Intensely aromatic and lively with flavors of passionfruit and guava underpinned with aromas of fresh herbs and blackcurrant. The palate is vibrant with zingy fruit that is balanced with a long, crisp mineral finish.
The grapes were gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was conducted at low temperatures (12-14C) to retain the wines strong and appealing aromatics.
