Muscat Blanc, Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, and Pinot Auxerrois
Some solidly funky natural fermentation flavors along with good ol’ pet nat lees aging. I enjoyed it, cloudy but not too much lees sediment on the bottom. Probably best with food but an easy drinking stepping stone for those pet nat lovers out there. And obvi Star Wars fan too. Organic. Biodynamic
