Callet, Escursac, Manto Negro
The successor to Cható Paquita from the new Home Base of Eloi Cedo in Santa Margalida near Cati Ribot. After Eloi had parted ways with 4kilos , it seemed time to find a new name for his cult wine: FATO ! The name may have changed, but the philosophy hasn't: 65% Callet, 20% Manto negro, 15% Escursac (he got the latter from Cati), matured in large wood for 6 months, without sulfur or other additives. Wine should be fun and easy to drink - but Paquita had earned its legendary reputation in the past because it ripened so incredibly well.
