Domaine Tetta, Bonbons Colorés Rosé

2019 - Aki Queen 75%, Muscat Bailey A 16%, Chardonnay etc 9% Think raspberry lemonade on the nose with pink starburst! Follows on the palate with a little bit of a kombucha porch crushing rosé vibe. Does tend to get a funkier with time so we recommend finishing it quick! We macerated Aki Queen for 4 months while doing punching down 3 times in a day. After pressing we blended it with the other Rosé wines. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
