Powerful aromas and flavors of walnut, olive, sea breeze and lemon zest with a penetrating of toasted hazelnut. Incredibly concentrated and complex, with a dense spiciness that finishes with a powerful burst of orange zest and seashell.
A late grape variety, it is harvested manually at the end of the harvest when it is at its peak of ripeness. Aged under cover for a minimum of 6 years and 3 months in oak barrels. Serve at around 16°C. Uncork 2 hours in advance.
