This was an unexpected style for me, but it has a familiar earthy, mineral backbone and blossoms with hisbicus, rose petals, black cherry, and camphor. The new oak adds a touch more structure, which makes for a great drinking experience over the course of a few days. -JOS
All long, slow fermentation in stainless steel with aging done in barrel (this sees 20% new oak).
