2020 - Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau
Charming and complex! This wine surprises with its raspberry color and its aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit), lychees and rose. In the mouth we find these same aromas. Discreet tannins hold this wine well. It will easily be combined with grilled meat, exotic, sweet and savory dishes or fish and even a red fruit ganache. Super refreshing due to the slight hint of fizz.
The grapes are harvested together and come from an 80-year-old plot characterized by a particular terroir, the soil is formed by limestone scree and red marl. Harvested by hand then destemmed, the fermentation is natural, and the vatting is long.
