100% Chardonnay
An aromatic white Burgundy with a brilliant color tinged with green. The intense and complex nose reveals notes of white fruits and peppery spices. On the palate it is rich, yet bright with a long mineral finish.
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, the vines are harvested by hand. The grapes are pressed gently, very slowly and whole. Fermentation is 100% natural, using indigenous yeasts from our terroirs. The wine is aged in underground cellars for between 10 and 12 months, without stirring. It is matured in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, sourced from 4 complementary coopers.
The wine is racked by gravity to preserve its quality.
