A well-balanced and complex Crémant d'Alsace, with a refreshing acidity and a lingering finish. It typically offers aromas of citrus (lime, grapefruit) and white blossoms, with a clean, precise palate and good length.
Hand-picked. Gentle pressing and native yeast fermentation. Aging for 15-20 months (60% in barrel) on the lees. A blend of several different plots with an average vine age of 36 years. In accordance with their organic and biodynamic principles, all their vineyards have natural grass cover and have compost added in the fall.
