This is a soft wine, fruity but more rounded than crisp. Apples and ripe lemon flavors are balanced against minerality to give a wine that is ready to drink.
Hand-harvested in mid-September, fermentation lasts between 15-20 days with temperature control in acacia barrels (30%) and stainless steel (70%). The wine remains on lees for seven months and is lightly filtered.
