A powerful yet poised Grenache-dominant Southern Rhône blend with notes of dark cherry, plum, blackberry, and earthy undertones, complemented by floral hints of violet and garrigue. It features a silky, firm palate with bright acidity, a firm grip from tannins, and a finish marked by minerality and freshness.
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. The grapes are destemmed and then lightly crushed. Native yeast fermentation. The grape varieties are vinified together, except for the Syrah, which is vinified separately because of its early maturity.
