Delicate citrus flavors with a wonderful balance between liveliness, roundness, and minerality. Notes of lemon and green apple are complemented by a touch of creamy butter flavor. The results are elegant but approachable wines with no shortage of tension, vivacity, or length.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is raised in neutral oak for approximately 12 months followed by several months in stainless before bottling.
