100% Ploussard
A very light red, marked by the finesse of the red marls of Arbois-Pupillin. The nose explodes with fresh wild strawberries, enhanced by a hint of white pepper and dried flowers. On the palate, the fluid and silky texture marries fine and delicate tannins. The liveliness of this Ploussard calls for moments of sharing around a platter of fine charcuterie or roast poultry flavored with herbs.
Hand-harvested. After destemming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation in casks for 12 months. No pigeage , only light remontage. Unfined and unfiltered, no added SO2.
