Clear yellow color, fine bubbles. Open nose, to white fleshed fruits' aroma (peach, pear), a subtle zest of torrefaction, that of brioche. Ample mouth, delicate moustille. Lovely volume, combining its remarkable freshness to its beautiful aromatic complexity.
The grapes are hand-harvested. Produced by méthode champenoise where final stage of fermentation takes place in the bottle. Stored on its side, sur lee, for a minimum of one year. Brut nature, no dosage.
