70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Very aromatic nose of fruit and spices, Round, generous and powerful mouth. Fruity and cocoa notes. Goes well with red meats and cheese.
Grapes are fermented in stainless steel for approximately 25 days. Wine ages in cement tank for 8 months. Wine is bottled unfiltered.
