100% Pinot Noir
Very young domain with a flair and quite a talent! Nice glowy red color, delicate nose full of cassis, groseilles, and red striped Hammana cherries. Still slightly restrained tannins: ink, but with a sweet sensibility quickly turning into bright and mouthwatering acidity. Tannins light to medium. Nice structure with a feminin build, elegant and luminous mouthfeel. Medium body, high acidity, medium length.
Native yeast fermentation. 50-100% destemmed depending on the vintage. Gentle maceration without punch downs. Fermentations are slow (3 weeks) with frequent remontage. Aged around eight months on lees in vats.
