NV - Gros Manseng The nose is fruit driven (Citrus/exotic fruits, typical from Gros Manseng) with an almost dry, sharp mouth and a fine bubble. All these characteristics leading to a very very easy-drinking sparkling wine. Hand Harvested. Natural yeast fermentation. The bottling occurs after a light filtration and before the end of fermentation to naturally produces a sparkling wine with no addition of sugar. The wine is then aged a few months in bottles.
