This year the wine is very pale pink, full of lemon, strawberry, grapefruit, pink apple, river stones and flowers.
The fruit was harvested over the course of ten days from a variety of vineyard sites, making for a bright, juicy, and multidimensional rosé. The grapes were gently pressed, settled, and racked to stainless steel for native fermentation. No additions other than minimal SO2 at bottling.
