La Rosée bursts from the glass in bright, fresh forest red berries with a resplendent color and supple mousse.
The Pinot Noir was vinified in oak barrels and spent a year in barrel while the Chardonnay was vinified in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary Fermentation occurs in bottle with more than three years of aging before being disgorged. Dosage 10 grams.
