A vibrant, fresh profile with citrus, pear, and green apple aromas, combined with a textured, rounded mouthfeel and a saline, zesty finish.
The vines grow on loamy and clayey limestone soil, which gives the wines a fine minerality, and on a mixture of sand and loam that supports the fruitiness and creaminess. The grapes are macerated for 48 hours, after which they were fermented at 18°C in stainless steel. The wine ages on the fine lees for eight months and is only minimally filtered.
