A vibrant, fruity profile with notes of redcurrant, blackberry, blackcurrant, and spice. The palate is fresh, juicy, and medium-bodied with soft tannins, designed for early drinking.
The vineyard is over a limestone bedrock that grants minerality to the wines. The topsoil is clay, which contributes complexity and structure. The bunches are destemmed. Fermentation and ageing on the lees occurs in stainless steel vats, with a 20 day maceration period. Filtration is minimal. No SO² during the vinification and bottling process.
