A bright, aromatic white Bordeaux blend (primarily Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon) characterized by notes of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, and honeysuckle. It typically offers a fresh, medium-bodied palate with high, zesty acidity, subtle oak influence, and a distinctive minerality due to the gravelly soil.
Grapes are manually harvested, pneumatically pressed, and fermented in stainless steel vats, then aged for six months in new oak barrels.
