It has a very potent nose with custard cream, nougat, white flowers, and light flor-like notes. It comes across distinctly as a Vin de Nature. The palate has a twist of bitter lemon on the entry. Fresh and quite tangy with marmalade, peach and stem ginger touches towards the finish.
