Well-structured with excellent minerality and aromas of tropical fruits and, after some ageing, floral elements. Even though it is designed to be a fresh wine when young, it has good aging potential.
Aged in stainless steel and rested on the lees for 9 months before release. Fermented without the skins followed by partial malolactic fermentation.
