60% Corvina, 35% Rondinella, 5% Molinara
Dry and tangy, the linear palate features sour cherry, blood orange and spicy notes of white pepper before saline close. Tangy acidity gives it a clean, succulent finish.
The grapes are harvested about a week earlier than for the straight Bardolino to preserve freshness. Varieties are all fermented together in stainless steel tank. Aged on its lees until bottling in February.
