Farming: Organic, Biodynamic, No added So2 and Unfined/Unfiltered
Destemming, 40 days of maceration, with spontaneous fermentation of grapes. Aged in fiberglass containers for 12 months in 800 liter raw amphora. No temperature control and no added SO2.
