This white blend delivers bright citrus flavors of lemon and grapefruit, complemented by white peach and pear. The vibrant nose leads with citrus zest, followed by stone fruit nuances and a subtle minerality from the slate soils. It has delicate floral notes like acacia or honeysuckle, and whispers of white pepper.
A fresh and vibrant blend of grapes from old vineyards of Macabeu and Xarello and a young vineyard of Malvasia de Sitges. Youth and age come together to reflect the wisdom, strength, and vibrancy of the Catalan terroir. Aged in cement tanks on the fine lees and under a veil of flor.
