Orange wine with a complex nose featuring floral notes like white roses and lily of the valley, along with peach, apricot, and mandarin orange. It also exhibits tropical aromas like lychee and pineapple, followed by spices such as nutmeg.
30-40 year-old vines from two parcels near Epfig grown on clay/limestone soils. Grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. 11 days of maceration in fiberglass tank for 2/3 of the juice meanwhile the remaining 1/3 macerates for 5 days. Blended, aged 6 months in fiberglass tank sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
