Artisanal and respectful winemaking with as little done to the wine to make the best wine possible. The grapes for this wine are fermented only in small tinajas. After pressing, the wine is then aged in tinaja for 4 months. No oak treatment. Garnet red with purple hues. Salty, mineral and black fruits on the nose. The mouthfeel profile reflects the nose, with plenty of black fruit and earthy notes.
