Bright and crystalline golden yellow color with intense greenish reflections. When shaking the glass, a high density is observed. Nose: Intense, perfumed, floral, citrus nose and a tropical part represented by notes of roasted banana. A balsamic background of anise is appreciated. Palate: Intense wine, where fruit and minerality are the protagonists in the aftertaste.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine is aged on the fine lees in tank for an additional 5 months.
