Floral, red fruit, and herbal notes on the nose with good acidity. Fresh, smooth, and fruity with hints of sour cherry and herbs.
Hand harvested, and macerated on the skins for 10- 12 days, the directly pressed. Each varitey goes through slight malolactic fermentation in large foudre for 10 months separately. They are then blended into stainless steel and left to sit for 1 week, then bottled. No finning or filtering; light addition of SO2.
