These new wines from Basque country are crazy good and showcase how a cider maker's mindset can translate to energetic wines. It is gorgeously pale and transparent in color, featuring juicy tart apple, electric acidity and a decidedly more firm grip into the mid palette. The finish never loses its freshness and also adds some subtle, welcome floral qualities.
