This wine is dense and golden. On the nose the aromas are intense and complex in which fruity and floral notes with aromatic, mineral and herbaceous notes. The sip is dry, elegant, full-bodied, with good acidity. Exceptionally persistent finish.
Spontaneous fermentation in chestnut barrels, 18 days of maceration with pressing, racking and light pressing.
