Berry fruit, black pepper, herbs, and a hint of spiciness. It has firm but smooth tannins, medium acidity, and a well-balanced, juicy palate that is ready to drink or can be aged for a short time.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels, 50% of which are three years old and 50% are four years old, for approximately 10 months. Native yeasts and small stainless steel vats are used for fermentation with a long maceration period
