A perfect summer red with notes of pepper, mulberry, cherry and minerals. In the mouth it is fresh, but above all savoury, fruity, crunchy and satisfying. Excellent if served slightly chilled.
Manual harvested, destemmed grapes, macerated for 15 days. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in small cement barrels with indigenous yeast. Matured in cement for 18 months and an additional 2 months in bottle. No chemical additives, tiny amount of sulphur added at bottling.
