2021 - Muscat de Alejandria, Semillon, Chasselas
A fresh wine, morning white flowers, orchard fruit, spices and wild herbs, all tied together with a funky edge to it. Pipeño is a field blend, traditional of Itata. This wine has a very unique structure and create a long lingering ending with a distinctive mineral character due to the volcanic soils where the old vines thrive (planted in 1920).
Grapes are hand harvested and basket pressed. Only native yeasts are used. Th eine ins fermented and aged in concrete vats then bottled with light filtration. Low SO2 added.
