Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. The juice is fermented in open casks for about 15 days, punched down by hand. The wine is aged in 220-liter barrels for about 3 months. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered under crown cap, with zero addition of sulfur. Delicious juice with dark, brooding undertones. Beautifully extracted, and fun @10%ABV. Pleasant bitter notes tickle the back of the throat as wine evolves into flowery bouquet in the finish
