Pedro Parra is literally a doctor of dirt. He has spent over a decade traveling the world studying vine roots and their terroir and consulting with winemakers throughout the world. Eventually he came home and found the ideal location, "the Galicia of Chile" as he calls it, to begin his own production. Granite and fine quartz soils, very rich in iron, provide great mineral to the deep red wine. Only 120 cases made it in to the USA.
