Chardonnay
Les Chamois du Paradis comes from old vines Chardonnay planted in 1949 in the same terroir as the Grandes Teppes, rich in limestone gravels. It spends 4 years in demi-duids before bottling. It usually has that dry, chalky, stony and almost salty sensation in the palate.
