Zinfandel

The fruit underwent native yeast fermentation and pressed neutral puncheon. The result is a bright, high-toned expression of Zinfandel that shows granitic minerality and drinks more like a Cru Beaujolais than Zin – super delicious to enjoy with barbecue, picnic fare, and, at less than 12% abv, just about any time of day. High elevation Zinfandel from the Rorick Heritage Vineyard just outside of Murphys. One hundred percent whole cluster, high acid, low Brix.
