Fuchs (fox) & Hase (rabbit) is a collaboration of two young winemakers Martin Arndorfer and Alwin Jurtschitsch (neither will disclose which animal represents whom), who are pushing the borders of natural winemaking in Austria to new and exciting heights. Five "volumes" of Pét-Nats are made, each representing different grape varieties and winemaking processes. #5 is from red grapes and displays beautiful fresh and savory aromas and flavors.
