Bernard Ange's 8 hectares of vineyard is located on the Rhone's alluvium terraces. The stoney soils retain the day's heat from the sun and release it at night to ensure grapes' desired maturity. The Mistral, the strong dry wind that blows through the Valley is said to keep the vines healthy. The wine is matured in their cellar built inside a stone quarry which keeps the temperature and humidity consistent throughout the year. The wine is beautiful with nose of floral, red fruits, earth, mineral and a bit smokey. The palate is intense but bright and lively at the same time.
