Chardonnay
Made by Chris Brockway of Broc Cellars (another FAV in the shop). As easy as it is to enjoy, this wine also has some wonderful complexity and is a great, alternative example of Chardonnay without the super oaky and buttery notes CA is so well known for. This wine is dominated by tropical tones of grilled pineapple, mango, orange and peach and is gently earthy with grassy notes. Nice tree fruit flavors with some good mid-palate acidity. Ends with a soft finish with some toffee notes but avoids being overly creamy.
