Not your typical salmon pink rose. This takes on a much deeper, almost reddish hue with bit of cloudiness for it does not undergo fining and filtering. Delicate, and aromatic. Notes of red apple, wild berries, licorice, and wet rock minerality. On the palate, this beauty is predominantly red berries with small hints of herbs and cooked veggies. Mmmmm. Tiny bit of sherry like nuttiness lingers which I loved. Sees maceration on skin for 24 hours. Wild yeast spontaneous fermentation. Vegan
