A Hudson Valley Riesling with two days of skin contact, barrel aged for 10 months in French Oak. This Riesling was grown on granitic loam in the Hudson River Region of New York. It was hand-harvested and whole- cluster macerated for 48 hours, and a 20ppm sulfur dose was added before being pressed directly into neutral French oak barrels, where it sat undisturbed for 10 months until bottling.
