Alpine balance (good acid), fresh complexity with a touch of tertiary elements and solid tannins made from a very old local grape. On the nose you find violet, red cherry, dried cranberry, pepper, cream and wet cobblestone, which you can also taste.
Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks with skins and stems. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in used oak casks. Unfined/Unfiltered.
